If you are registering more than 30 days in
advance, you may pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the
full cost, when you register and pay the balance no later than
30 days prior to the start of the workshop. Or you may chose
to pay the entire workshop amount upon registration. If you
are registering less than 30 days before the start of the workshop,
you must pay the full amount when registering.
If your choice of session is not available,
you will be notified immediately, and may choose freely between
enrolling in another session that has places available or receiving
full reimbursement.
If you cancel after paying a 50% deposit or
the fee in full, the deposit (or 50% of the fee, if paid in
full) is not refundable, but may be applied toward another workshop.
Prior to 30 days before the start of the workshop, the fee is
refundable minus the deposit. No reimbursements are possible
after this date or during the workshop. All payments that have
been made to Adventures in Preservation by the Participant to attend a workshop will
be refunded if Adventures in Preservation cancels the workshop.
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
